Kernel is offline problem

Hello I have a problem with kernel when running perceptilabs. I’m new to this so i have install it today in a freash conda env with python 3.7 as specified in the tutorial video. I’ve downgraded numpy to 1.18.5 and tried disabling the antivirus and firewall. So far none of this have worked. Any help will be appreciated

Here is output from running with -v=3 option

Hi @pites22,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for the detailed logs!

One quick observation looking through your logs, your pip list seems to contain numpy=1.19.2 rather than 1.18.5.
You are also running with tensorflow=2.4 rather than 1.15 which PerceptiLabs comes with natively.
So by the looks of it, something went a bit wrong in the installation.

It could be something similar to this issue: 'perceptilabs' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
Or that your new environment somehow got mixed up with dependencies from your other python environments.

Hope that gives a hint on where to start looking.
All the best,
Robert
